Delivery within Germany:
We normally ship every day - except for weekends or on holidays. A normal delivery will take around 24 to 72 hours within Germany by DHL or UPS.

Delivery outside Germany :
Customers located outside of Germany: we ship by with DHL.
Registered mail shipping time is between 3-10 days in Zone 1, between 6-14 days in Zone 2 and 3 and up to 21 days for Zone 4.

VAT
Countries marked with ** , don#t have to pay German VAT. Since the prices of the products in our shop are given include VAT, they are only specified in the cart without VAT.

In case you order from a state of the European Union as a company with a valid VAT number you can use the products as well buy VAT free . Please contact us !

Customers outside the EU don't have to pay German VAT. However the customs pocket the VAT as well as the import tariff. Please contact your local customs if you would like to have more information, because you have to take the responsibility of both costs

After we ship the item, you will recieve a Trackingnumber, so you'll be able to track your order online. Would you like to change the delivery address, we are NOT able to reroute.
